Amazon QuickSight – Paginated Reports
In Amazon QuickSight, you can interact with paginated reports to explore and analyze your data in greater detail. A paginated report is an optimized report for printing or PDF export, and it supports features such as tables, matrixes, and charts.
To interact with paginated reports in QuickSight
- Open the paginated report you want to interact with.
- Navigate through the pages of the report using the arrows at the bottom of the report or the navigation menu on the left.
- You can sort data in the report by clicking on the column headers. To sort ascending, click the header once; to sort descending, click the header again.
- You can filter data in the report by clicking on the “Filter” button in the toolbar, selecting the field you want to filter on, and then choosing the values you want to include or exclude.
- You can apply calculations to the data in the report by clicking on the “Calculate” button in the toolbar and then selecting the calculation you want to apply.
- You can format the data in the report by clicking on the “Format” button in the toolbar, and then selecting the formatting options you want to apply.
- You can add or remove columns from the report by clicking on the “Column Selector” button in the toolbar, and then selecting the columns you want to include or exclude.
