Javascript Keyboard Events

 

Javascript events that occur when the user presses a key on the keyboard, belong to the KeyboardEvent Object.

 

Event                                Description

onkeydown                       The user is pressing a key.

onkeypress                        The user presses a key.

onkeyup                             The user releases a key.

 

EXAMPLE:
